Director Gracien is a LEED-accredited professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Department of Defense (DoD) projects. His extensive expertise includes a diverse portfolio of U.S. defense projects, both large and small, in collaboration with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
